Company Ownership and Profit Sharing
The company is owned completely by its founder, James A. Riley. The Company Founder would allocate, in exchange for working capital, a portion of his company ownership to consultants, outside venture capitalist(s) or angel investor(s) not to exceed 20% ownership of the company.

Full-time members of the Mayya Group Network would be able to participate in company revenues according to the following percentages:

Company Founder	40%
Officers	20%
Managers	20%
Consultants	20%

A capital account will be kept for each consultant in the network to accurately track the billings and profit attributed to each consultant.
