Mr. Riley has highly developed skills in all facets of project management, supervision, and technical expertise in integrated water resources and environmental planning and water resource development.  Mr. Riley has considerable experience in planning of projects that involve municipal and industrial uses of water, irrigation, hydropower, fish and wildlife and recreational uses.   He is experienced in water resource investigations including – plan formulation, feasibility studies, hydrology, river basin planning, reservoir modeling, salinity, groundwater, projection of municipal water demands, irrigation crop consumptive use and water demands, water conservation, working with water organizations, federal and state agencies. He is a registered consultant with the Asian Development Bank and the African Development Bank.

Mr.Vasudeva is a consulting engineering specialist with more than 40 years of experience, having lived and worked, in India, Tanzania, Antigua, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Jamaica. He has extensive experience in the fields of water & wastewater management, water supplies, irrigation & dams, project management & capacity building. Mr. Vasudeva has worked for 8 years with the Commonwealth Secretariat, London as a water expert, sanitary engineering adviser & water & sewerage expert to the Government of Antigua & Jamaica. His last assignment was as a Programme Director for the Inter- American Development Bank’s Community participation Rural Water Supply Programs. Mr.Vasudeva is a specialist in community participation programs and has headed one of the largest rural water supply projects in Africa that was executed in house with a massive mobilization of community participation. He also headed the major “Integrated Rural Water & Sanitation Programs” in Tanzania & Zimbabwe. He has directed several major projects in his field and has worked on several projects funded by the USAID, World Bank, JICA, EU, KFW, IDB, SIDA etc. Mr. Vasudeva is widely traveled around the world and having worked with personnel of many nationalities, he is an excellent result oriented team player.

He has a PhD in Civil Engineering and an MS in Hydraulics and Water Resources. Dr. Kassem is a reviewer for ASCE Journal of Hydraulic Engineering.
